Why this page exists
IQ Homeopathy includes a directory of homeopaths and homeopathic pharmacies. This page explains what “verification” means on IQ Homeopathy, what we check (and what we do not), and how visitors should interpret directory listings.
1) Directory listings are informational
Directory listings on IQ Homeopathy are provided to help visitors discover homeopaths and pharmacies. Listings may be created by listing owners or added by the IQ Homeopathy team and may change over time.
A directory listing is not a medical recommendation or guarantee of outcomes.
2) What “Verified” means
When a listing is marked as Verified, it means we have taken reasonable steps to confirm that the listing is genuine and that basic contact and identity details appear consistent.
Verification focuses on authenticity and contact accuracy, not on clinical claims.
3) What we may check during verification
Depending on the listing type (homeopath or pharmacy) and the information provided, verification may include one or more of the following checks:
- confirming an email address or phone number is reachable
- confirming the listed website and branding match the listing name
- checking that the business or practitioner appears to operate at the stated location or service area
- confirming that key public details (such as name and contact channels) are consistent across credible public sources
- confirming that the listing owner can demonstrate control of the email domain, website, or relevant business contact method (where applicable)
Not all checks are possible for every listing, and verification methods may vary by country and by the information available.
4) What we do not verify
Verification does not mean that IQ Homeopathy has evaluated or endorsed:
- clinical competence, qualifications, or training standards
- regulatory status in any country
- treatment claims, promises, or outcomes
- product safety, dispensing standards, or legal compliance
- reviews, testimonials, or marketing statements
Visitors should perform their own due diligence before booking or purchasing.
5) Unverified listings
A listing may remain unverified for many reasons, including:
- the listing owner has not requested verification
- we have not yet reviewed the listing
- we could not confirm enough information using reasonable checks
- the listing is new or incomplete
Unverified does not automatically mean inaccurate. It simply means it has not been confirmed by our verification process.
6) Requesting verification
If you are a listing owner and would like your listing to be reviewed for verification, please contact us with:
- the listing URL
- your name and role (owner, manager, practitioner, staff)
- the best contact email for verification
- any supporting information that helps confirm authenticity (for example, proof of control of the business email domain, website, or other official contact channel)
Email: feedback@iqhomeopathy.com
7) Reporting an issue with a listing
If you notice a listing that appears inaccurate, duplicated, misleading, or impersonating someone, please email us with:
- the listing URL
- the reason for concern
- any supporting information that helps us review the issue
We may edit, unverify, suspend, or remove listings where appropriate.
8) Policy updates
IQ Homeopathy may update this verification policy over time as the directory grows and as we improve the verification process.
